The
381 is a performance sailing yacht and a Clipper version with
enhanced equipment specification. Produced by the world's biggest
yacht builder the Beneteau provides both fast and comfortable
cruising.
On
deck, all sail controls are led back to the cockpit so sail
setting and reefing can be done in safety and under the shelter
of the bimini. On the foredeck the pain is taken out of anchoring
by the two-way electric windlass.
A
full range of sailing instruments and the auto helm are mounted
on the consol immediately in front of the helm. Further forward,
the cockpit table and cool box allows for al fresco
dining (or just keeps the beers handy!!)
The
boat has a roller furling genoa and a half battened main with
lazy jacks for easy reefing and stowing.
Boarding
from the dinghy is made easy by the bathing platform and walk
through transom. If the winds drops, the powerful diesel engine
will carry you along swiftly.
Below
decks there are accommodations for 8; two in the forepeak,
two in the saloon and twin aft cabins each with a double berth.
The bathrooms have running hot and cold water.
The
spacious galley is fully equipped for cooking on your cruise
with cooker with two burners and oven. A generous fridge is
provided. The saloon is spacious and beautifully fitted out
in cherry stained mahogany and subtle halogen lighting, fans
and opening hatches keep you cool.
A
Chart Plotter aids navigation. A CD Stereo is provided for
entertainment
